Manual Focus features

I used this while taking any pictures to upload onto my blog, and for my front cover and double page spread, it helped me to make sure all photos were properly focused the way I needed them to be.
Shutter Speed
/

I used this on a shoot experiment testing fast and slow shutter speeds, taking photographs of people jumping and using torches in dark rooms to make shapes.

Aperture control
/

I used this while we tested how much light needed to be let into the photograph in a certain amount of time in order to get a certain type of picture.

Continuous Shoot
/

I used this in an experiment in order to capture quick photographs while blowing bubbles with bubble gum and bubble liquid.

A tripod
/

I used this while we experimented with aperture in order to keep the camera still while the photographs were being taken.

External flash
/

I used this in my photoshoot as an external flash had to be used to make the photos appear more professional. During this I had various other equipment including softboxes and a honeycomb lighting filter etc.
Self timer facility

/

Light meter

/

Composition grids
/

The composition grids I used was the rule of three, depicting where to place the model in a photograph in order to give an idea of how dominant and powerful they are meant to appear, for example if I wanted them to seem powerful, I’d place them in the top third of the photograph.
